There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called The Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors. Just this side of The Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass. When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food, water, and warm spring weather. The old & frail are made young again. Those who are maimed are made whole again. They play all day with each other. There is only one thing missing. They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth. So, each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up! The nose twitches! The eyes are staring! And this one suddenly runs from the group!
You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take him/her in your arms and embrace. Your face is kissed again and again and again, and you look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet.
Then you cross The Rainbow Bridge together, never to be separated again!

Zoe was our 1st baby. She is the reason why we love the Mastiff breed so much. Always loving, truly devoted to her family. World’s biggest baby in every sense of the word & loved nothing but to cuddle, nub on her toys, play and just be by our side. Our hearts & lives were blessed by her.

Becky came to Mary Giarusso as a rescue in November 2021. We think she was 7 years old, sassy as a puppy! What a character! We took her North for a few weeks in the winter and she was “SNOW SUSPICIOUS” of the white stuff and kept us laughing every time she went outside! We also discovered she had either a heart murmur or lung problem. Controlled well with medication for months, she succumbed to a powerful barometer drop during Hurricane Ian. It was a shock and her feisty memory will stay with us forever!
Amos was thrown out of a truck in Hobe Sound, FL. His estimated age was 4. He did zoomies the moment he saw my husband!! We became his forever home that day! He was a wonderful Ambassador for the Mastiff breed. He developed a game of “tag”’ with the little kids and kept them entertained. Although he had osteosarcoma and the average expectancy is 2-3 months, Amos stayed with us for 5 months. It was an honor to be his humans! Mary Giarusso
